1. Website membership is granted only to those over 18 years of age. Orisdi may cancel any account under 18, refunding any balances.

2. If any user registers as a commercial enterprise, that enterprise will be bound by this agreement.

3. Members may not purchase prohibited, suspicious, or stolen items. Violations are the member’s sole responsibility.

(3) Account and Registration Obligations:

Upon registration, you must provide true, updated information and maintain confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to be responsible for any actions under your account.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in account suspension or termination.

(4) Electronic Communications:

You agree to receive communications electronically from Orisdi, including promotional emails and service updates. You may opt out of promotional messages anytime.

(5) Amendments to the User Agreement:

Orisdi may modify this agreement or fees at any time by posting updates on the website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.

(6) Use of Orisdi Secure Payment System:

Payments may be made online or by cash on delivery. Orisdi acts as a facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

(7) Personal Information and Transactions:

By using the site, you grant Orisdi a license to use your submitted data for operations and marketing. You are solely responsible for your posted information.

(8) Prohibited Goods:

No user may sell illegal, stolen, or restricted goods under Iraqi law, including but not limited to weapons, narcotics, pornography, religiously illicit items, or artifacts.

(9) Prohibited Conduct:

Users must not post false, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content. Manipulating prices, fees, or transactions is strictly forbidden.

(10) User Declarations:

You confirm you are 18+, own all materials you sell, comply with local laws, and will not misuse personal or contact information of other users.

(11) Copyright:

All site content, including text, graphics, and code, is the property of Orisdi or its users and protected under intellectual property laws.

(12) Trademarks:

All Orisdi logos, designs, and marks are trademarks of Orisdi. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

(13) Damages:

Orisdi reserves the right to take legal action against users who violate terms or cause technical or reputational harm to the platform.

(14) Buyer Protection:

Orisdi helps buyers protect against fraud. Buyers must report issues within 48 hours for resolution under the site’s protection policy.

(15) Returned Goods:

Returned goods unclaimed within 60 days may be destroyed or liquidated. Orisdi is not liable for such actions after due notice.

(16) Liability:

Orisdi only provides a communication platform and is not a party to any sale. It bears no responsibility for goods, payments, or disputes between users.

(17) Confidentiality:

Orisdi follows security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee complete security due to the nature of the Internet.

(18) Breach of Agreement:

Orisdi may suspend or cancel user accounts violating these terms and take legal action if necessary.

(19) Sale Policy:

Members may list goods with accurate details and must not conduct transactions outside the site. Fraudulent actions will result in termination.

(20) Feedback:

Users are encouraged to provide fair feedback. Inappropriate, discriminatory, or misleading reviews are not allowed.

(21) Account Cancellation:

Orisdi may suspend or cancel access to the site at any time without prior notice for violations of this agreement.

(22) No Warranty:

Orisdi provides its services "as is" without warranties regarding accuracy, safety, or performance.

(23) Limitation of Liability:

Orisdi is not liable for losses resulting from site use, unavailability, or third-party actions.

(24) Safety:

Users agree to indemnify Orisdi and its staff against any claims arising from their misuse of the site.

(25) Relationship and Notices:

This agreement does not establish a partnership. All official notices are sent electronically and deemed received within 72 hours.

(26) Transfer of Rights:

Orisdi may transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement without prior user consent. Users may not do the same without written approval.

(27) General Information:

If any clause is invalid, the remaining terms remain effective. The Arabic version prevails in case of translation conflicts.

(28) Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq and subject to its courts’ jurisdiction.

(29) Warranty Terms:

Warranty is valid only with the item’s serial number intact. Orisdi may cancel the warranty for tampering or misuse.

Maintenance or replacements under warranty do not renew the warranty period. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.

(30) Electronic Payment Security:

In case of doubt about payment card ownership, Orisdi may request proof. Refunds require verification or a 5% deduction as return fees.
